WebNMS memudahkan implementasi & integrasi Location & Vehicle Management

WebNMS is at IoT Evolution Expo this week talking about its new location and vehicle management applications.
The company sells an IoT platform and a related collection of applications, and these are just the latest two applications the company has launched to run on the platform. WebNMS also offers an array of energy management and remote monitoring applications.
All of these applications were designed to enable organizations to more easily manage their assets, and save money on the management and maintenance of those assets, increasing their value to the business in the process. Those assets could be anything from a fleet of vehicles, to leased equipment, or remote physical plant.
“IoT Evolution is a great forum to exhibit our enterprise location and vehicle management solutions,” said Ramachandran. “These unified capabilities, published as APIs on our open IoT platform, enable enterprise IoT application innovation where it makes a big difference to the bottom line.”
WebNMS delivers these applications, which address the requirements of an array of business verticals, as pre-packaged solutions so businesses don’t have to go to the time and expense of building them themselves (although the platform can also host other applications). And it provides them on a single platform for ease of implementation and to enable businesses to make those applications available to different people and groups across their organizations.

The new location tracking application supports GPS and RFID, and the vehicle management application allows for deep analysis of vehicles using onboard diagnostics, Prabhu Ramachandran, director of WebNMS, explained.
As previously reported, the company already has been offering ATM Site Manager, Cell Tower Manager, Power Grid Monitoring, DCIM, Smart Home, Solar Farm Manager, and Windmill Manager.
Ramachandran views what WebNMS is doing as akin to what Google has done with the Android operating system and the ecosystem around it. WebNMS already has a collection of 15 system integrator channel partners around the world, which it aims to double in the next 12 months, he said. The company is also building an ecosystem of other partners, including vendors of gateways and other products so customers have more choices in how to implement the WebNMS solutions. WebNMS is also starting to form a community of users, he added.
