Paessler PRTG Enterprise Monitor Update

 

Effective immediately, all PRTG Enterprise Monitor subscriptions will include our Paessler PRTG SLA Reporter and Paessler PRTG MultiBoard product extensions. Both are designed to add significant value for customers monitoring large and complex environments.

PRTG SLA Reporter Managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is a key challenge for many enterprise customers. PRTG SLA Reporter provides flexible and comprehensive visibility of SLA performance with highly customizable SLA reporting.

PRTG MultiBoard  PRTG MultiBoard provides a unified, intuitive interface for enterprise-scale monitoring. It simplifies the management of complex monitoring environments by allowing users to configure monitoring setups and view data from multiple PRTG instances in one place.

The added value of this new bundled offering will not only support your business growth but also provide even greater opportunities moving forward.     In addition, the all new PRTG Data Hub, and features such as our Multi-Platform Probe are also available at no extra cost for PRTG Enterprise Monitor customers.   Please note that as part of these changes, the ITOpsBoard will no longer be bundled with PRTG Enterprise Monitor subscriptions. However, if there is a specific need from your customers, please reach out to your partner manager to discuss options.  To support these enhancements and ensure we continue to deliver high-quality products and services, we will make a price adjustment for subscriptions to PRTG Enterprise Monitor from 1 March 2025.   This adjustment allows us to expand our offerings (such as our recently launched PRTG Multi-Platform Probe) while remaining competitive with market standards. Additionally, PRTG Enterprise Monitor customers receive high priority support. In 2025 we’re planning to add significant value to PRTG Enterprise Monitor, including:  Enhanced log and SNMP management: We're making major improvements to log and SNMP management capabilities, including centralized log data management.  Advanced automation and integration: A state-of-the-art API will empower users to automate tasks and seamlessly integrate PRTG with their existing tools and systems.  Until the new pricing takes effect on 1st March 2025 please note that quotes issued will be valid only up to the 28th February 2025, after which time you will need to request a new quotation.
