DrayTek Makes Further Advancements for the VigorIPPBX Solutions

HSINCHU, Taiwan DrayTek Corp. (TSE:6216), a Taiwan-based networking solution provider, today announces to release Version 3.5.7.3 for the VigorIPPBX solutions. This firmware advancement is mainly to add the Customer Survey feature, which helps the management team have the efficient method to check the customer satisfaction level of each call. That makes the daily operations of the call center or general service lines can run more properly.

Note:The version 3.5.7.3 is firstly available in the VigorIPPBX 2820 Series.

Highlights of Version 3.5.7.3
The Customer Survey feature available in the version 3.5.7.3 can be firstly configured in the PBX System. The system administrator is capable to define the score level of the customer feedback and different prompts for the survey start/end and input error. In the individual extension profile, you can enable the customer survey feature for the extensions responsible for service line operations. The results of customer feedback for each call can be reviewed in Call Details section or the report version with average rating by the Syslog. When you bundle with the call recording feature provided by the DrayTek Softphone, the supervisor of the call center or service line can figure out how to increase the customer satisfaction much easier.

There are more handy features available in this update. DrayTek adds more PBX Service Numbers to easily enable / disable features, such as the Call Forwarding and Do-Not-Disturb. The office hour and holiday setting have been improved as well to handle various occasions with ease.
